Individual 401k Question: My spouse and I are co-owners of a law firm with no employees. We are thinking of setting up a Solo 401k in order to make contributions. For this year, only my spouse will make contributions – is that ok?
RESPONSE
Certainly – it is acceptable if only one spouse contributes to the Solo 401k plan.
