If I am investing with the Roth 401k Entity in an angel investment, would my entity name be “ABC Capital Trust Roth 401K FBO Jim Johnson”?

RESPONSE

No – it will simply be “ABC Capital Trust”.

The fact that you invest Roth funds is tracked at the plan level.
