Self-directed Checkbook IRA LLC Question: I am looking to set up a Roth IRA LLC to invest in real estate.  Can I open the IRA LLC bank account at any bank?

RESPONSE:

Yes – you can certainly open the account under the name and EIN of the LLC at the bank of your choice.
