How Should Ownership on the Deed Read for a Self-Directed Solo 401k Real Estate Purchase?

When investing your solo 401k plan in real estate, title to the property is taken in the name of the solo 401k. Following are some examples: Example 1 Where just one trustee is listed on the solo 401k plan: Jane Doe, Trustee of ABC Trust 

Example 2 where there are two trustees listed on the solo 401k plan document: Jane and John Doe, Trustees os ABC Trust
