Contribute to husband business solo 401k and wife’s full-time job 401k

UESTION: My husband and I have joint Solo 401k accounts through his business. I have a new job which offers a 401k plan. Can I contribute to this plan in addition to our Solo 401k plan?

ANSWER: It may best to further speak about this over the phone, but the general answer is yes annual contributions may be made to multiple 401k plans, but certain restrictions apply.

Please read following pages from our website regarding these restrictions, and then please call me to further analyze and finalize.
