Can I transfer a Roth IRA consisting of Roth 401k funds to a Roth Solo 401k

QUESTION: After I transfer/rollover a Designated Roth Solo 401k to a Roth IRA, can I later transfer the Roth IRA to a Roth Solo 401k?

ANSWER: No because the same rule outlined in IRS Publication 590 restricting the rollover/transfer of a Roth IRA to a Solo 401k Roth applies, even if the funds originated from a Designated Roth Solo 401k.
